General Terms & Conditions
Dispatch All orders received are normally processed and dispatched promptly but in the event of any likely delays we will contact you. UK orders will be sent by First Class Mail or Special Delivery depending on the value. Overseas orders are generally sent by Recorded Airmail Small Packet rate.
VAT (UK Sales Tax) Our prints prices do not include VAT which is additional for customers resident in the UK or EU Countries, but not payable by other overseas residents.
Maps are zero-rated and are therefore VAT free.
Approval All items are supplied on our unconditional 7 days approval policy and no explanation is required should you decide to return any item. We do ask that care be taken in the packaging of such items to ensure that we receive them in a good condition.

We believe the most convenient method of payment is by Credit Card and we accept the following:
In the event of any returns this is also the quickest method for us to credit your account.
If you wish to make other arrangements (e.g. cheque or bankers draft) either email or telephone us to ask for details - our retail business hours are from 1000hrs – 1630hrs. Please take into account any time differences.
